Testing is conducted monthly, every first Friday of the month, and the results are available within 2-5 days after the testing.
At least 2 g of extract, droplets or crystalline substance is required for representative determination. When sampling, ensure the homogeneity of the extract or solution before sampling. For semi-solid forms, preheating is recommended for the purpose of ensuring homogeneity.
We process the sample and dissolve it in a low volatility solvent.
The method of determination is gas chromatography (GC) coupled with a flame ionizing detector (FID). We use selected solvents as external standards.
Detection (LOD) and quantification limit (LOQ) depends upon the specific solvent. LOD is lower than the requested ICH limit.
Certificate will state if the sample is compliant with the ICH limit.
