Our analysis prices are listed on each product page in EUR without VAT. The amount you pay depends on your volume discount tier for the current year.
For most analyses you will see:
- Basic price — standard list price.
- 10 samples/year — lower price when you reach at least 10 registered samples in a year.
- 50 samples/year — further reduction for higher yearly volume.
Exact amounts always follow the product page (they differ by analysis). Partner rates for long-term or very high volume are agreed individually — please contact us.
Volume discount tiers are based on the number of samples registered with us in a year (see also our General Terms). When your yearly count reaches 10 or 50 samples, the matching tier applies.
Regular customers keep the tier that matches their yearly sample count; the request flow shows the matching prices when we recognise your account.
When your yearly sample count moves you to a better tier, we apply the new prices going forward. We may also credit the price difference for earlier samples in that year (up to 365 days back), as described on our payment page.
If you have a discount coupon, enter it on the first-time request form (coupons usually apply to new customers only).
Express (faster) handling is separate from volume discounts: when you select it, eligible analyses use a higher factor on top of your current tier. Not every analysis has an express surcharge.
After you send a request we send an offer with indicative totals. Prices can change; a new offer reflects the current catalogue. For payment options see How to pay.
