– For the first time users we usually request a prepayment. If you are a regular customer, then usually we issue an invoice after you receive the results (once per month).
Discounts for Our Customers: Our discounts are defined based on the number of your samples. Discounts are granted when you reach 10, 50, and more than 100 samples. The price for individual analyses, including the discount, is visible on our website.
To qualify for a discount, it is necessary to reach the required number of samples defined for each discount level. Upon achieving this goal, we will refund the difference between the old and new price for up to one year back (365 days).
