Δ9-THC is together with CBD one of the best known cannabinoid. It was first discovered and isolated by Bulgarian-born chemist Raphael Mechoulam in Israel in 1964. Effects of the d9-THC are very broad. Together with psychoactive activity d9-THC has a lot of medicinal effects that are atributed from anticancer to the antispasticity.
