Cannabicitran (CBT) is naturally found in hemp, albeit in rare quantities. It has demonstrated the ability to reduce intraocular pressure in rabbit tests, suggesting it may have potential use in managing conditions like glaucoma.The reduction in intraocular pressure is believed to be due to Cannabicitran's agonist activity at the NAGly receptor (GPR18), a target for many structurally related cannabinoids.
