Cannabielsoin (CBE) is a non–psychoactive cannabinoid in a cannabis plant. The mention of CBE in scientific journals was first cited in 1973. Thereafter, many research studies were carried out to elucidate the structure of CBE. It was concluded that CBE was formed from cannabidiol as part of the metabolic process and is non-psychoactive.
Not much is known about the advantages of taking CBE, however, many researchers and scientists are of the belief that CBE has entourage effect. As per the theory of the entourage effect, CBE in tandem with other cannabinoids, flavonoids create a synergistic effect that can have health benefits. As per this theory, CBE just like its therapeutic precursor CBD, can offer health benefits.
