Cannabidivarinic acid or CBDVA is an acid precursor to CBDV, which is a product of decarboxylation of CBDVA. From a chemical perspective, CBDVA shares a similar basic structure with other cannabinoids. It contains a propyl side chain and a resorcinol moiety, connected by a central alkylated benzene ring
Pharmacologically, CBDVA is believed to interact with the endocannabinoid system (ECS) in the human body. The ECS plays a crucial role in regulating various physiological processes, such as mood, pain sensation, appetite, and immune response.
